2. Support and Payment Terms

From the date of launch, we will provide 2 weeks of FREE Support. If you wish to continue receiving support after that, we will charge a reasonable monthly amount or agree upon an hourly rate.

An initial upfront payment of 50% is required to commence work, with the remaining amount to be paid near project completion (before going live).

3. Feedback and Timeline

Feedback durations are included in our project timeline. Delays in providing feedback from your end will not be attributed to us.

Weekends are not included in our project timeline.

4. Website Attribution

We will place ‘Website designed & developed by Digitive Vision’ in the footer of your new website, which will be linked to our agency website.
